Individual Duplex House
A standalone duplex taken from concept drawings through to a finished interior, with the layout, elevation and internal finishes developed as one scheme.
The client wanted simple yet elegant, which is a harder brief than it sounds. Our designer worked through likes and dislikes in detail, then found ways to align the scheme with the client's own ideas rather than talking them out of them.
Photorealistic 3D views carried the design conversation, so changes happened on screen rather than on site. The finished apartment runs a consistent material palette across the living room, bedrooms and the media wall.
