What we collect
When you send an enquiry or book a consultation we ask for your name, email address, phone number, the type of project you are planning and a preferred date. We collect nothing else through this website, and we never ask for payment details here.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type. These keep the site available and secure, and are not linked to your enquiry.
How we use it
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a proposal and keep you updated while your project is running. We will not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Drawings and site information
Plans, site photographs and measurements you share with us are used only to design and deliver your project, and are shared with our consultants and contractors solely where they need them to do that work.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address on our contact page or call the number in the footer and we will action the request.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies required to make pages load and forms work. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party profiling.
