Individual Duplex House
A standalone duplex taken from concept drawings through to a finished interior, with the layout, elevation and internal finishes developed as one scheme.
Apartment fit-outs live or die on programme, and this one was completed before the committed timeline even though changes came in while work was already under way.
The kitchen anchors the scheme: an island in engineered stone, a patterned tile backsplash, timber ceiling beams and lighting layered into the joinery so the worktops are properly lit where they need to be.
